As this is an internet based business we do not offer refunds as standard. This is because you will have had access to the full product at point of purchase. We take a great deal of effort to describe our service accurately and offer samples to review prior to purchase so we hope customers will purchase from a position of knowledge and will be gauge if our service is likely to meet their needs.
Should you feel there are specific reasons why a refund might be appropriate please do contact us and let us know and we will be happy to assess the situation.
Subscription Renewals
We operate a subscription renewals system. Your subscription will automatically renew on its anniversary and we inform you clearly how you can cancel your subscription at any time. Subscriptions can only be cancelled by you and this is achieved by logging into your account and then cancelling the subscription yourself. This can be done at any point during the year and once cancelled you will continue to have access while your current subscription runs down.
Once your subscription runs out you will no longer be able to use the service nor will you have the right to use any elements of the service including activity plans that you may have downloaded. Continued use of activity plans is only possible where a subscription is current.
