As a small company, we can’t do telephone calls as our staff are busy either developing the product or running the administration of the business. We are however very good at emails and even try to lay on support out of hours ( no promises but we do try).

Once you have sent your message to us we will send a confirmation to you, this should land with you within five minutes. If you cannot see it please check your spam box as it will be there.
Our considered response will come out to you within 24 hours but we have an internal target to respond within two hours. We try to provide weekend and evening cover in addition so messages are answered as quickly as possible.
